Working with Dan for those 2 years resulted to his year, he has started measuring more his numbers and has had his best year so far, collected more cash this year in the first 7 months than he did in the entire 2023.

Incredible statistics where the gap for this financially growth is 5 months.

I assisted him in confidently increasing his prices, structuring his team for optimal performance, and organizing his value chains through streamlined standard operating procedures. Additionally, I guided him in effectively requesting payments owed from his clients.

Why he chose coaching & Feedback

Initially for a third  party to hold me accountable to undertake tasks that I had committed to help with bit of direction, someone to bounce stuff of,  feeling the plan I have, have a firmer plan if it is achievable, some body  who is there that I can speak with, I don’t have to deal with day to  day.
