THE POWER OF understanding coaching

They signed up for a course, joined a program, but never followed through.⁣

And now they’re saying coaching doesn’t work.⁣

It’s not that coaching doesn’t work…⁣

It’s that you’ve never actually had real coaching.⁣

And now they’re feeling discouraged, thinking coaching doesn’t work.⁣

But here’s the thing…⁣

That’s not coaching. ⁣

Let me explain with a story.⁣

A while back, I had a client who came to me feeling frustrated.

She’d spent thousands of dollars on programs but never got the results she wanted.⁣

Sound familiar?⁣

When I asked what the “coaching” looked like, she said it was a course with pre-recorded videos and a Facebook group.⁣⁣

That’s when I had to break it to her, that’s not coaching.⁣

“Coaching is 1:1. It’s weekly accountability.⁣It’s someone in your corner, calling you out when you don’t follow through and pushing you to get your shit done.”

It’s the difference between watching a fitness DVD and hiring a personal trainer.⁣

Anyway, we started working together, and guess what? ⁣

She finally started seeing progress.⁣

Why?⁣

Because she had someone there every single week making sure she stayed on track.⁣

No hiding behind excuses.

No letting things slide.⁣

And that’s why so many people think coaching “doesn’t work.” ⁣

They’ve never actually had it.⁣

So, if you’re feeling like you’ve tried everything, but you’re still stuck in the same spot, ask yourself, have you really had coaching?⁣

If not, let's talk.⁣

If you’re ready to see what real coaching looks like and have someone in your corner to get you to your goals, reach out.⁣

I’ll help you get back on track and make sure you finally get the results you deserve.⁣

How can I start?
